Overnight Newborn Care & Night Nannies in Miami

Overnight newborn care so parents actually sleep — every night feed, change and settle handled by an experienced professional.

Open 24 hours, 7 days — a real person answers, never a machine. Same-day and emergency newborn coverage available.

What a Miami overnight newborn care does

Family-owned and placing in Miami since 2005, overnight is the single most requested service we place. A night professional arrives in the evening, takes the baby for the whole night — typically 10pm–6am or 8pm–8am — handles every feed, change and settle, sterilizes bottles, restocks the nursery and leaves a written log of how the night went.

Parents keep their own bed, their own room and a full night's sleep. Breastfeeding mothers are brought the baby for feeds and nothing else, or bottles of expressed milk are given so the mother sleeps straight through. As the baby matures, the same professional begins gentle sleep shaping so the nights keep improving after the engagement ends.

Overnight care is booked by the night, by the week or on a set schedule of two to five nights weekly. Winter season in Miami Beach books out early — expecting families should reserve in the second or third trimester.

Overnight Newborn Care in Miami — questions parents ask

Can we book overnight help for just a few nights a week?
Yes. Most families start with two to four nights a week and adjust. We also place full seven-night coverage and single emergency nights when we have availability.
How much does a overnight newborn care cost in Miami?
Day rates vary with experience, hours and the number of babies. Experienced nannies and baby nurses in Miami typically earn $25–$40 per hour. Our placement packages are $1,500 plus taxes with a 90-day warranty, $2,500 plus taxes with a 6-month warranty, or $3,500 plus taxes with a 12-month warranty. The first $500 is a non-refundable retainer plus applicable taxes and is credited toward the selected package total. Call (305) 942-9642 for a rate range.
How quickly can someone start?
We answer 24 hours a day with a real person, never a machine. Urgent newborn coverage can often start within 24–48 hours, and most families receive a vetted shortlist within 5–7 days.
Are your candidates background-checked?
Yes. Every professional we present is interviewed in person, reference-verified with families they have actually worked for, criminal-background screened, and CPR and infant-first-aid certified. Confidentiality agreements are signed before any introduction.
Do you serve Miami Beach luxury buildings and private islands?
Yes. We place regularly in Faena House, Continuum, The Setai, Five Park, Eighty Seven Park, the Surf Club, Oceana and St. Regis Bal Harbour, Fisher Island, Star Island, Indian Creek and North Bay Road, with candidates who understand building staff protocols, gated access and complete discretion.
We are relocating or expecting — when should we book?
Book in the second or third trimester, or as soon as your move date is set. We run the entire search remotely, present a shortlist by video, and have your professional in place for your due date or arrival day.
