Baby Nurses & Overnight Night Nurses in Miami

Overnight baby nurses and night nurses who take the night shift entirely — feeds, changes, settling and logs — so parents sleep and wake to a calm nursery.

Open 24 hours, 7 days — a real person answers, never a machine. Same-day and emergency newborn coverage available.

What a Miami baby nurse does

Family-owned and placing in Miami since 2005, our overnight baby nurses cover a typical 10pm–6am or 8pm–8am shift, handling every night feed, diaper change and settle, sterilizing bottles, restocking the nursery and leaving a written log of the night before they go. Parents sleep through, which is usually the difference between surviving the newborn weeks and enjoying them.

Night nurses are registered with us only after in-person interviews, verified newborn references, criminal-background screening and current CPR and infant-first-aid certification. Many hold NCS, doula or nursing credentials and have supported twins, preemies, reflux, colic and strict pediatric feeding plans.

Because demand in Miami Beach peaks around the winter season, expecting families should reserve a baby nurse in the second or third trimester. We also keep availability for emergency and same-night coverage — call and a real person answers, at any hour.

Baby Nurse in Miami — questions parents ask

Is a baby nurse a registered nurse?
In Miami, 'baby nurse' is the common term for an experienced overnight newborn professional, not necessarily a licensed RN. Some of our professionals do hold nursing or NCS credentials — tell us what you need and we will present candidates who match it exactly.
How much does a baby nurse cost in Miami?
Day rates vary with experience, hours and the number of babies. Experienced nannies and baby nurses in Miami typically earn $25–$40 per hour. Our placement packages are $1,500 plus taxes with a 90-day warranty, $2,500 plus taxes with a 6-month warranty, or $3,500 plus taxes with a 12-month warranty. The first $500 is a non-refundable retainer plus applicable taxes and is credited toward the selected package total. Call (305) 942-9642 for a rate range.
How quickly can someone start?
We answer 24 hours a day with a real person, never a machine. Urgent newborn coverage can often start within 24–48 hours, and most families receive a vetted shortlist within 5–7 days.
Are your candidates background-checked?
Yes. Every professional we present is interviewed in person, reference-verified with families they have actually worked for, criminal-background screened, and CPR and infant-first-aid certified. Confidentiality agreements are signed before any introduction.
Do you serve Miami Beach luxury buildings and private islands?
Yes. We place regularly in Faena House, Continuum, The Setai, Five Park, Eighty Seven Park, the Surf Club, Oceana and St. Regis Bal Harbour, Fisher Island, Star Island, Indian Creek and North Bay Road, with candidates who understand building staff protocols, gated access and complete discretion.
We are relocating or expecting — when should we book?
Book in the second or third trimester, or as soon as your move date is set. We run the entire search remotely, present a shortlist by video, and have your professional in place for your due date or arrival day.
