Private household staffing in Key Biscayne

Key Biscayne is a close, family-driven island community with a large Latin American and European population. Spanish, Portuguese and Italian-speaking nannies are our most frequent placements here.

Outdoor life defines the schedule: beach, tennis, sailing and park programs. We place active nannies who can manage water safety, sports logistics and after-school activity runs across the causeway.

Because the island is small, discretion between neighbors matters. Candidates are briefed on household confidentiality before their first trial day.
