Baby Nannies for Infants & Toddlers in Miami

Career baby nannies for infants and toddlers — the professional who takes over when your newborn specialist finishes, and stays with your family for years.

Open 24 hours, 7 days — a real person answers, never a machine. Same-day and emergency newborn coverage available.

What a Miami baby nanny does

Family-owned and placing in Miami since 2005, we place career baby nannies — professionals whose work is infants and toddlers, not occasional babysitting. Placements are long-term, 3-month or seasonal, live-in or live-out, and matched to your household's language, schedule, travel and privacy requirements.

Our baby nannies handle daily routines, developmentally appropriate play, feeding and weaning, nap structure, nursery and children's laundry, bottle and gear hygiene, pediatrician and class schedules, and safe transport. Many are bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, French or Russian and travel with the families they work for.

Families in Faena House, Five Park, The Surf Club, Oceana Bal Harbour, Fisher Island, Star Island, Indian Creek and North Bay Road come to us through referral, and most of our placements are still with the same family years later.

Baby Nanny in Miami — questions parents ask

What is the difference between a baby nanny and a babysitter?
A baby nanny is a career professional in a long-term role with your family, with references spanning years. Baby nanny placements are 3-month, seasonal, long-term and live-in roles. Occasional babysitting is available with 48 hours' notice — contact us for more information.
How much does a baby nanny cost in Miami?
Day rates vary with experience, hours and the number of babies. Experienced nannies and baby nurses in Miami typically earn $25–$40 per hour. Our placement packages are $1,500 plus taxes with a 90-day warranty, $2,500 plus taxes with a 6-month warranty, or $3,500 plus taxes with a 12-month warranty. The first $500 is a non-refundable retainer plus applicable taxes and is credited toward the selected package total. Call (305) 942-9642 for a rate range.
How quickly can someone start?
We answer 24 hours a day with a real person, never a machine. Urgent newborn coverage can often start within 24–48 hours, and most families receive a vetted shortlist within 5–7 days.
Are your candidates background-checked?
Yes. Every professional we present is interviewed in person, reference-verified with families they have actually worked for, criminal-background screened, and CPR and infant-first-aid certified. Confidentiality agreements are signed before any introduction.
Do you serve Miami Beach luxury buildings and private islands?
Yes. We place regularly in Faena House, Continuum, The Setai, Five Park, Eighty Seven Park, the Surf Club, Oceana and St. Regis Bal Harbour, Fisher Island, Star Island, Indian Creek and North Bay Road, with candidates who understand building staff protocols, gated access and complete discretion.
We are relocating or expecting — when should we book?
Book in the second or third trimester, or as soon as your move date is set. We run the entire search remotely, present a shortlist by video, and have your professional in place for your due date or arrival day.
