Our Client Portal provides one secure place to complete your family application, submit payment confirmation, review agency-selected candidate profiles, request agency-coordinated Zoom interviews, and receive your final placement documents when your placement is authorized.
How It Works
Step 1
Complete Your Family Application
Complete the New Family Application and review the Client Agency Service Agreement.
Step 2
Activate Your Search
Submit your Search Activation Fee or selected placement package payment by Zelle or Venmo. Payment instructions will be provided through the secure portal.
Step 3
Receive Featured Profile Access
After payment is received and verified, MIA Nanny Agency will activate your access to review Featured Candidate Profiles.
Step 4
Meet Your Selected Candidates
Tell our team which candidates you would like to meet. MIA Nanny Agency coordinates and hosts each Zoom interview directly.
Step 5
Receive Agency Confirmation
MIA Nanny Agency verifies candidate availability and sends the confirmed Zoom meeting details to both parties.
Step 6
Select Your Candidate
After your Zoom interview, select the candidate you wish to move forward with.
Step 7
Finalize Your Placement
The final remaining agency balance must be received and verified before an in-person meeting, trial, candidate release, hiring, or start date can be authorized.
For the protection of all parties, candidate contact details, confidential documents and start dates are released only after the required agency payment has been verified. Paid trials are authorized only after the remaining balance is paid in full.
